Wolfram Premier Service--Add Premier Service to My License If you need help on a personalized level, the Wolfram Technical Support team is available to assist Premier Service subscribers by phone or email at any time during their subscription period.

Email and phone support is always freely available to all customers for help with installation and passwords. After the installation process, if you do not have a Premier Service subscription you can still get access to Wolfram Research Technical Support by purchasing a single-incident support request. A single-incident request entitles you to one phone conversation and unlimited email exchanges with a Technical Support Engineer until the problem is solved. Licensed users of Mathematica for Students should send their questions to the student forum. Students with Premier Service can receive assisted support by sending email to student-support@wolfram.com.

You can obtain support from your school's site administrator and support contacts if you are at a Mathematica campus.
