Where is the Master.m file for the Mathematica 3.0 compatible version of Electrical Engineering Examples?

The Needs["EE`Master`"] command that loads the Electrical Engineering Examples package files in Mathematica has been replaced by Needs["EE`"].

The Mathematica 3.0 compatible version of the Electrical Engineering Examples package has been changed to more closely resemble the loading commands for the standard Mathematica add-on packages. A Master.m file is no longer required.
