Why do I get ...string '"' cannot be displayed... error when viewing application package documentation?

The following error message can sometimes occur when viewing the Help Browser documentation of some application packages. It occurs with cells that have a Definition or Option box that contains double quote marks in Mathematica 4.1.

Generally, this error occurs when using older application packages that were written before the Manual.nb style sheet was updated to handle double quotes in Definition and Option boxes.

This error is harmless and will not affect any evaluations.
