What do I do when I have problems plotting trigonometric functions with the “plot using styles” InstantCalculator?

We have received several reports that CalculationCenter generates error messages when trying to regenerate plots of trigonometric functions such as sin(x) after the plot style has been changed.

The recommended solution to this problem is to use the standard CalculationCenter input format. For instance, use Sin[x] rather than sin(x), use Cos[x] rather than cos(x), and use Tan[x] rather than tan(x).
