Does Mathematica 4.1 come installed with J/Link?

While Mathematica 4.1 does come with an early version of J/Link, it does not come installed ready to run. Instructions for properly installing J/Link can be found in the “Help Browser” under AddOns → J/Link → Introduction.

However, if you are interested in installing J/Link, it is recommended that you visit http://www.wolfram.com/solutions/mathlink/jlink/ to download the latest version of J/Link. Once you have done so, follow the instructions to properly install the most recent version.
