How do I address the lib.so.2 is missing error when compiling MathLink programs?

The versioning system on SPARC prevents mprep from using an earlier version of libc.so.

The prebuilt examples will also give this error because they were built on a machine that has libc.so.2 installed. The new MathLink Software Developer Kit resolves this bug.
