How do I obtain the preview version of Mathematica for Mac OS X?

The preview version of Mathematica for Mac OS X was shipped free of charge to all Premier Service subscribers currently running a Macintosh version of Mathematica. If you would like to obtain a copy of the preview version of Mathematica for Mac OS X, it will first be necessary to purchase Premier Service.
