Mathematica 4.0 で出る「Assertion error matheditio:1508」エラーの解決方法

4.0のノートブックを開くとき，下記のエラーが起こることがあります．

Mathematica has detected a possible internal error. Ifpossible, report the error to support@wolfram.com, quoting"Assertion 'nboxesToSend == 1' failed at matheditio.c:1508",and describe in as much detail as possible what you weredoing when the error occurred.
「内部エラーが発生した可能性があります．可能な場合は，このエラーをsupport@wolfram.comまでリポートしてください．この際は，"Assertion '%s' failed at %s:%d"を引用するともに，エラーが起きた時に行っていた操作手順を詳しく説明してください．」
