Below are some common steps to take when experiencing an issue with the CDF plugin.

Windows

  • Please try interacting with these examples. What error message or issue do you see? If the CDF plugin on the player example page works, please try running some of the examples on the Wolfram Demonstrations Project.
  • Verify that you have the latest version of your supported browser installed. What version are you currently running?
  • Verify that the plugins are installed on your browser. Do any of the plugins look like they may be from Wolfram Research? If so, are these plugins enabled?
  • Please contact the CDF team with this information.

    Mac

    • Please try interacting with these examples. What error message or issue do you see? If the CDF plugin on the player example page works, please try running some of the examples on the Wolfram Demonstrations Project.
    • Verify that you have the latest version of your supported browser installed. What version are you currently running?
    • Verify that the plugins are installed on your browser. Do any of the plugins look like they may be from Wolfram Research? If so, are these plugins enabled?
    • A log of crashes is kept at ~/Library/Logs/CrashReport.
