Why am I unable to run webMathematica 2.1 under SGI IRIX?

This is because the J/Link native library, libJLinkNativeLibrary.so, was not included in webMathematica 2.1. By default, the libJLinkNativeLibrary.so library can be found under the Mathematica directory in the following location:

/usr/local/Wolfram/Mathematica/5.0/AddOns/JLink/SystemFiles/Libraries/IRIX-MIPS64/

Please copy and place this file in the following location, so that it is next to the JLink.jar file:

webMathematica/WEB-INF/lib/

webMathematica will now run properly.
