Changing from monthly to annual
If you switch from monthly to annual billing, you will be charged for the annual subscription on your next billing date.
Changing from annual to monthly
If you switch from annual to monthly billing, your subscription will be changed at the start of your next billing cycle month. For annual subscriptions, this date occurs every month starting on the date you first subscribe. For example, if you subscribed on March 3, 2018, your next billing cycle month would begin on April 3, 2018.
When your subscription changes, a refund will be issued for any unused months of your annual subscription.
