How can my users request access through my site license?
Some Wolfram Account functionalities are not compatible with specific license configurations. Please contact us before making changes to your settings to confirm compliance with terms of use and other software agreements.
Your site license will soon be managed from the Wolfram Account page. The functionality described in this article will be available as soon as the new Wolfram Account page goes live.
As a site administrator, you can grant your site users access to both Wolfram desktop products and Wolfram Cloud subscriptions using the Wolfram Account page.
Users can request such access with the Site Info page, your organization’s site license webpage or the Wolfram Product Request Form that can be manually shared with them.

Go to the Site Settings page of your product of interest.
- Click Copy to copy the Wolfram Product Request Form link.
- Share it with your users in the manner you prefer.
Contact us if you wish to enable or disable the Online Discovery setting and/or your organization’s site license webpage.
