When does Technical Support end for my gridMathematica product?

Wolfram Technical Support is a service provided to Wolfram customers by members of the Wolfram Technology Group.

It consists of Installation Support to set up your Wolfram product and Developer Support to answer your Wolfram Language-related programming questions.

An active Premier Service contract is required in order to receive Developer Support for gridMathematica.

Such Developer Support is provided for the following versions of gridMathematica until the indicated dates:

11.0 11.0 09/30/2019
11.1 11.1 06/30/2020
11.2 11.2 09/30/2020
11.3 11.3 03/31/2021
12.0 12.0 06/30/2022

Installation Support, however, continues for customers with a valid product license beyond the expiration of any service contract and end date of Developer Support.

These end-of-Developer-Support dates are approximations only and should not be relied upon in any purchasing or project decisions. We will strive to keep these dates reasonably accurate and current, but reserve the right to modify them at any time.
