How do I manage access and approval settings?

Some Wolfram Account functionalities are not compatible with specific license configurations. Please contact us before making changes to your settings to confirm compliance with terms of use and other software agreements.
Your site license will soon be managed from the Wolfram Account page. The functionality described in this article will be available as soon as the new Wolfram Account page goes live.

As a site administrator, you can manage access and approval settings on the Wolfram Account page.

  1. Go to the Site Settings page of your product of interest.
  2. Scroll down to the Access and Approval section.

  3. Select whether your users’ access requests shall be automatically approved or not:
    • Fully automated: Automatically process requests for authorized email addresses and deny non-authorized users.
    • Semi-automated: Automatically process requests for authorized email addresses, while sending non-authorized requests to the site administrator(s) for approval. Users will be given temporary access until approved.
    • Manual: Send all requests to the site administrator(s) for approval.
  4. Go to the Authorized Domains section.



  5. In the “Include domain” field, enter your organization’s domain whose users shall be automatically authorized to use your site’s Wolfram products. Click + to add further domains.

  6. In the “Exclude domain” field, add the individual subdomain whose users’ access shall be reviewed or denied. Click + to add further subdomains.
  7. Click Save at the bottom of the page to confirm your selections.
