How do I grant single machine access for my site license?
Some Wolfram Account functionalities are not compatible with specific license configurations. Please contact us before making changes to your settings to confirm compliance with terms of use and other software agreements.
Your site license will soon be managed from the Wolfram Account page. The functionality described in this article will be available as soon as the new Wolfram Account page goes live.
As a site administrator, you can grant single-machine access from your Wolfram Account. This allows you to generate a set number of activation keys for each machine entry, with the option to include department and notes information for identification.

Go to the Manage Access page of your product of interest. The Manage Access table is displayed.

Click the + Add Access button in the top-right corner. The Add Access to Site page for the selected product is displayed.
- Select “Single machine” as the license type.

In the Please Enter Information section, select the department for the machine for which you are generating these new activation keys, the number of activation keys you would like to issue and, if available, a machine name or other unique identifier.
Click “+ Add more access” for every additional single machine you may want to enter.

Click Submit to grant access to these machines. A window with the generated activation keys is displayed.
- Click OK to continue.
The machines are now displayed in the Manage Access table of your selected product under the Single Machine tab.
