How do I grant network access for my site license?
Some Wolfram Account functionalities are not compatible with specific license configurations. Please contact us before making changes to your settings to confirm compliance with terms of use and other software agreements.
Your site license will soon be managed from the Wolfram Account page. The functionality described in this article will be available as soon as the new Wolfram Account page goes live.
As a site administrator, you can issue your local system administrator a network activation key that activates an instance of Mathematica license manager (MathLM). This setup allows centralized license distribution and management across multiple machines within a local network.

Go to the Manage Access page of your product of interest. The Manage Access table is displayed.

Click the + Add Access button in the top-right corner. The Add Access to Site page for the selected product is displayed.

Select “Network” as the license type. The number of concurrent users field appears.
- Enter the desired number of concurrent users.

In the Please Enter Email section, enter your local system administrator’s email address, their department and, if available, the server’s machine name or other unique identifier.
- Click Submit to grant your local system administrator access to a network activation key. An email notification will be sent to them.
The machines are now displayed in the Manage Access table of your selected product under the Network Keys tab.
