How do I set the defaults for my users’ renew or upgrade settings?
Some Wolfram Account functionalities are not compatible with specific license configurations. Please contact us before making changes to your settings to confirm compliance with terms of use and other software agreements.
Your site license will soon be managed from the Wolfram Account page. The functionality described in this article will be available as soon as the new Wolfram Account page goes live.
As a site administrator, you can set defaults for whether your users can:
- Continue using their Wolfram product when the organization’s site license is renewed or not
- Upgrade to new product versions as soon as they become available
- Go to the Site Settings page of your product of interest.
- Scroll down to the Renew and Upgrade Users’ Products section.
- Set “Auto-upgrade” to On if you want to allow your users to automatically upgrade to the next version, and to Off otherwise.
- Set “Auto-renew” to On if you want to allow your users to continue using their Wolfram product when the site license is renewed, and to Off otherwise.
- If either “Auto-upgrade” or “Auto-renew” is set to On, set “Revalidate Affiliation” to On if you want your users to authenticate themselves again at the occasion, and to Off otherwise.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page to confirm your selections.
