How can I request access to Mathematica Network?
Some Wolfram Account functionalities are not compatible with specific license configurations. Please contact us before making changes to your settings to confirm compliance with terms of use and other software agreements.
Your site license will soon be managed from the Wolfram Account page. The functionality described in this article will be available as soon as the new Wolfram Account page goes live.
If your organization provides access to Wolfram products through a site license, you can request a copy of Mathematica via your organization’s product request form.
Depending on your organization’s policies, you can access the product request form:
- Through the Site Info page
- Via a direct link provided by your organization’s site administrator
Similarly, your request may be approved automatically or get reviewed by your organization’s site administrator.
- Go to your organization’s Wolfram product request form.
- Select the appropriate type of access:
- Choose Single user in order to use Mathematica on your work or personal computer
- Select Off-network Use if you have access to Mathematica through your organization’s license server and are about to travel or to temporarily lose connection to the server in any other way
- Select your department.
- Add your machine’s name or other unique identifier if available.
- Click Submit to send your request.
You will receive a confirmation email after submitting as well as when your request is approved.
