How can I contact my site administrator?
Some Wolfram Account functionalities are not compatible with specific license configurations. Please contact us before making changes to your settings to confirm compliance with terms of use and other software agreements.
Your site license will soon be managed from the Wolfram Account page. The functionality described in this article will be available as soon as the new Wolfram Account page goes live.
Your site administrator manages your organization’s site license and issues access to your Wolfram products. You may need to contact them with related licensing and setup questions. You can find your site administrator’s contact information on the Wolfram Account page.

Log in to the Wolfram Account page with your credentials. The Wolfram ID Details page is displayed.

Click the Products & Services tab in the top navigation bar. A list of your Wolfram products is displayed.
- Select the product associated with your organization’s site license. The product page is displayed.

Scroll down to the Plan Details section. Your site administrator’s contact information is listed there.
You can now contact your site administrator by email. If their contact information is not available, please contact us.
