How do I automatically renew or upgrade site license activation keys?
As a site administrator, you can grant your users the permission to automatically continue using their Wolfram products when your organization’s site license renews. Additionally, you can also allow your users to upgrade to new product versions as soon as they become available. If so desired, turn on their Auto-renew and Auto-upgrade privileges respectively on the Manage Access page.
You can set permissions for individual users or multiple users at a time.
Individual Users

Navigate to the Manage Access page of your product of interest and locate the desired record.

Click the details icon
from the Details column associated with the individual record. The Manage Access window for the individual record is displayed.
- In the Status section, set Auto-upgrade or Auto-renew to On or Off to enable or disable automatic upgrades and license renewals respectively.
- Click Update to save the changes. The changes are now reflected in the Manage Access table in the Auto-upgrade and Auto-renew columns.
Mass Updates

Navigate to the Manage Access page of your product of interest.

Select one or more users by clicking the checkboxes at the left-hand side of the table. Alternatively, click the checkbox in the top-left corner to select all users.
The Mass update buttons to Auto-upgrade or Auto-renew appear above the table. -
Select Auto-upgrade or Auto-renew as desired. The respective drop-down menu opens.
- Select Turn On or Turn Off as desired. The status of the update will be shown in both the Auto-upgrade and Auto-renew columns.
