What happens when I change my subscription plan?
Upgrading your subscription
To upgrade your plan, please contact us.
When upgrading to a higher plan, you will be issued a credit for any unused portion of your existing subscription. This credit is then subtracted from your new subscription rate and billed immediately.
Downgrading your subscription
If you would like to downgrade your subscription, please contact us.
You will be issued a credit for any unused portion of your existing subscription. This credit is then applied to any new amount due.
Any Cloud Credits you have purchased are yours to keep. You will be able to purchase additional Cloud Credits.
You also keep all your files, even if they exceed your new file storage limit. If you’ve exceeded the file storage limit, you won’t be able to upload or create any new files.
