How do I approve my users’ requests for access to Wolfram products?
As a site administrator, your site users can request access to Wolfram products via your organization’s Request Form or the Site Info page if enabled. You can approve or deny such requests individually or in groups.
Individual Requests
- Navigate to the Manage Access page of your product of interest. The Manage Access table is displayed.

Select the Pending Approval tab from the Manage Access table.

Locate the desired record in the table. Click its Approve button at the right-hand side of the table to approve the request.
Alternatively, click the Deny button to deny the request.
Mass Updates
You can approve or deny multiple requests at the same time using the checkboxes in the Manage Access table.
- Navigate to the Manage Access page of your product of interest. The Manage Access table is displayed.

Select the Pending Approval tab from the Manage Access table.

Select one or more users by clicking the checkboxes at the left-hand side of the table. Alternatively, click the checkbox in the top-left corner to select all users on this and the following pages.
The Mass update buttons to Approve or Deny the selected requests appear above the table.

Click the Mass update Approve button to approve all selected users.
Alternatively, click the Mass update Deny button to deny all the selected requests.
