Wolfram Foundation Tool brings computation-augmented generation (CAG) to AI applications by combining the capabilities of large language models (LLMs) with real-time computation from Wolfram Language and Wolfram|Alpha.
- Wolfram Cloud MCP connects Wolfram Language and Wolfram|Alpha to any MCP-compatible AI application. It is easily set up as a connector or API key–free configuration in your AI client.
- Wolfram Local MCP provides agentic access to installed Wolfram applications through a locally hosted MCP server. It is set up via a single Wolfram Language evaluation.
All API calls need to include your subscription’s API key.
- Wolfram Agent One API provides access to an all-in-one LLM + CAG agent powered by Wolfram Foundation Tool technology. It returns a combination of output types.
- Wolfram CAG Component APIs provide direct, fine-grained access to Wolfram Foundation Tool technology for building custom AI and LLM applications, returning:
- Wolfram Language coding recommendations: Wolfram Language Hints API
- Wolfram Language code: Wolfram Language Computation API
- Full Wolfram|Alpha results in text format: Wolfram|Alpha Results API
