  • Have a valid Wolfram product license
  • Be an Enterprise Support Contact for your license

If you are using a Wolfram product, but are not the Enterprise Support Contact, please file technical support requests through our Premier Service form.

Enterprise Support Contacts are assigned when purchasing Enterprise Support.
