How do I specify different LLMs in Chat Notebooks?

Mathematica supports access to OpenAI, Anthropic and other LLMs through Chat Notebooks and Wolfram Language LLM functions. This functionality involves sending queries to the service provider and is charged by them for each individual call. Here are some examples:
Different LLMs are supported in Wolfram products. For example, to select a different model, you need to open a Chat Notebook, click the chat icon and select the model:
- Start Mathematica.
- Navigate to the menu item File ► New ► Chat-Driven Notebook.
A new Chat-Driven Notebook opens. - Click the chat icon to the left of the blue-bordered chat box. A drop-down menu appears.
- Click the desired LLM under Models.
Now you can use your desired model in Chat Notebooks and LLM functions.
Please note that changing the model used by this functionality may incur additional costs from external services.
