You must manually activate Finance Platform when your computer cannot connect to the internet.
To manually activate, from the product activation window, click “Other ways to activate.”
This brings up a screen where you can choose other ways to activate.
Click Manual Activation. Follow the instructions on the screen to get a password for your activation key. You can find your activation key in the Wolfram User Portal.
