For which Wolfram Products can I get Personal License Support?

Personal License Support comes with all editions of Wolfram Products for which Personal License Service was purchased. This includes:

  • All Mathematica Student and Home products
  • All Wolfram|One Personal subscriptions
  • All Wolfram System Modeler Student and Home products
  • All Wolfram|Alpha Notebook Edition Student and Home products

For which versions of my Wolfram Product can I get Personal License Support?

For each Wolfram Product, Personal License Support is provided for the Supported Versions until their end-of-support dates:

On which operating systems will Wolfram Technical Support help me set up my Wolfram Product?

Wolfram Technical Support will help You set up Your Wolfram Product on the operating systems listed on the system requirements page for the respective version.
