How do I report an issue with a Wolfram product?

Please send any information about an issue with your Wolfram product to Wolfram Technical Support. If you live outside the United States, please contact your authorized Wolfram reseller.
- Include your activation key or license number in the email.
- Explain what steps are needed to reproduce the problem.
- Attach a notebook that illustrates the problem. Try limiting your code sample to 10 lines.
- Include all necessary input or data.
- Document any visual aspects of the problem with a screenshot or video.
- Additionally, in an included notebook, evaluate the following command:
SystemInformation[]
