Can I still get to my Wolfram Cloud files after my organization stops providing me access to Wolfram products?
If you use your organization’s email address and password to log in to the Wolfram Cloud, you will no longer be able to do so once your organization either discontinues offering you the benefit of using this Wolfram product or you generally can no longer use your organization’s credentials.
To continue using the Wolfram Cloud and accessing any files in your Wolfram Cloud account, you need to convert your Wolfram Cloud subscription from one associated with your organization to a personal one. This can be a Wolfram Cloud Basic subscription, which is limited but free, or one of the various paid Wolfram Cloud subscriptions with additional benefits. With the free Wolfram Cloud Basic subscription, any files will expire 60 days after their creation.
To convert your organization-associated Wolfram Cloud account to a personal one, you first need to add a password, then change your registered email address to a personal one.
We highly recommend making this change before you lose your access to the Wolfram Cloud. If you are no longer able to log in to the Wolfram Cloud, please contact Wolfram Customer Support.
Note that you will also use the same Wolfram ID and password to enter all other Wolfram systems, such as your Wolfram Account or the Wolfram User Portal.
