Premier Support comes with all editions of Wolfram products for which Premier Service was purchased. This includes:

  • All Mathematica Standard products
  • All Wolfram|One Professional subscriptions
  • All Wolfram System Modeler Standard products
  • All Wolfram|Alpha Notebook Edition Standard products
  • All gridMathematica Standard products

For which versions of my Wolfram product can I get Premier Support?

For each Wolfram product, Premier Support is provided for the supported versions until their end-of-support date:

On which operating systems will Wolfram Technical Support help me set up my Wolfram Product?

Wolfram Technical Support will help you set up your Wolfram product on the operating systems listed on the system requirements page for the respective version.
