How do I reenable AI features for my site license?
Users whose organization has disabled AI features will see a message indicating that AI features have been disabled by their site administrator.
- Users: for questions about why AI features have been disabled, contact your site administrator.
- Site administrators: if AI features have been disabled for your organization and you would like to reenable them, contact Wolfram Support using the Account Support form.
Once AI features have been reenabled, users may need to sign out of their Wolfram Account and sign back in before the change takes effect.
If, on the other hand, you personally have a Wolfram license, your own Wolfram product copy will continue to have working AI features at the AI Access Basic level.
