How do I grant single user access for my site license?
As a site administrator, you can grant an individual user of your organization access to Wolfram products via your Wolfram Account.
In the process, you can issue them one or more activation keys for their work and personal machines, respectively.
If your user has filed a request for such access already, please approve it instead.
-
Go to the Manage Access page of your product of interest. The Manage Access table is displayed.
-
Click the + Add Access button in the top-right corner. The Add Access to Site page for the selected product is displayed.
- Confirm “Single user” as the selected license type.
-
In the Please Enter Email section, enter the user’s email, the number of activation keys you would like to grant them and, if available, their machine name or other unique identifier.
Click “+ Add a user” for every further user you may want to add.Alternatively:
- Click “Upload a list of emails” to upload a .csv or .txt file containing your users’ email addresses in either of the two following formats. The email addresses are uploaded into the web interface.

- Click “Upload a list of emails” to upload a .csv or .txt file containing your users’ email addresses in either of the two following formats. The email addresses are uploaded into the web interface.
- Click Submit to grant these users access. A confirmation message is briefly displayed.
The users’ records are now added to the Manage Access table of your selected product under the Single User tab.
