When does Technical Support end for my Wolfram Player product?

Wolfram Technical Support is a service provided to Wolfram customers by members of the Wolfram Technology Group.
It consists of Installation Support to set up your Wolfram product and Developer Support to answer your Wolfram Language-related programming questions.
For the free Wolfram Player and Wolfram Player Pro, only Installation Support is provided. For Developer Support for creating CDF files, a service contract for the Wolfram product in which you are programming your code is needed.
Free Wolfram Player
Installation Support for the free Wolfram Player is provided only for the current version.
Wolfram Player Pro
Installation Support is provided for the following versions of Wolfram Player Pro until the indicated dates:
