Wolfram Technical Support is a service provided to Wolfram customers by members of the Wolfram Technology Group.

It consists of Installation Support to set up your Wolfram product and Developer Support to answer your Wolfram Language-related programming questions.

An active Premier Service contract is required in order to receive Developer Support on the Premier level for your Mathematica Standard Edition, or an active Enterprise Premier Service contract is required for Developer Support on the Enterprise level for your Mathematica Enterprise Edition.

Such Developer Support is provided for the following versions of Mathematica until the indicated dates:

Installation Support, however, continues for customers with a valid product license beyond the expiration of any service contract and end date of Developer Support.
