How do I generate a crash report on iOS for my Wolfram product?

If the front end of your Wolfram product crashes, Wolfram Technical Support may ask you to generate a report to help diagnose the cause of the issue.

If the front end of your Wolfram product quits unexpectedly, generate a crash report:

  1. Launch the app that exhibits the crash and take the necessary steps to cause it to crash. Note the time of the crash.
  2. Navigate to Settings ► Privacy ► Analytics & Improvements ► Analytics Data.

  3. Select the log for the Wolfram product that contains the previously noted time. The logs are in the form of “Event-YYYY-MM-DD-HHMMSS.ips”.

  4. Click the share button in the top-right corner.

  5. Select “Mail” to email a copy of the crash report to yourself.
